The 1 Platform Master Data Analyst verifies and cleanses Customer Master, Lease Data and Competitive Intel for SBS and organizes various reporting requirements related to new and changed master data information. The Analyst must thoroughly understand the Salesforce.com and SAP design of the customer master/hierarchy, to ensure the accuracy of the data and functionality of the system. The Analyst will maintain, analyze, make system /process recommendations and work with HQ business partners, IT and Branch Salesforce Admins to execute updates. The Analyst must maintain a high level of customer service with field sales and support organization and with the SBS management team.
