Sharp Pen Software 3.7 Optional Features on the AQUOS BOARD® Interactive Display System

SHARP Pen Software 3.7 offers new optional features including a connector to cloud applications, such as Google Drive™, OneDrive®, and SharePoint®. Users can now place whiteboard mode in the back of their workspace while working in other windows, while also taking advantage of new features including the Bookmark and Sticky Note icons.

Now, when placing or saving files, you have the option of connecting directly to your cloud applications, including google drive one drive for business and sharepoint online.

An Aquos Board is shown in the center, the speaker taps the fourth option above the end of the options from the sidebar left comportment. A pop up appears after tapping, where the speakers select the first option, which opens a new pop up. There are four options, computer, Google drive one drive for business and SharePoint online on the left. On the right side there is a scroll list of other locations.

To begin open the email icon. From here, you can enter your email address directly or import from a global address book or from gmail.

The speaker taps on the last option on the from the sidebar right comportment. The speaker then points at the three options displayed on the left side of the pop-up menu.

To begin, tap on the sticky note option in the menu. Notes come in a variety of colors. Select a color and tap anywhere on your workspace to place a sticky note. Next, you can write something quick.

The speakers click the x located at the top right of the pop up and tap the screen once more to add a new sticky note which appears on the screen. Using their finger, the speaker writes “Joe” inside the sticky note.

From the bottom bar open the navigation Window. The bookmark icon is on the bottom left. Navigate to a place on your screen that you would like to Save. Tap the bookmark icon. Tap on an empty bookmark and now your bookmark is saved.

The speaker taps the last option towards the right on the left-hand side of the bottom bar which opens a new pop-up window where she clicks the zoom-in icon, located at the bottom center. The speaker also uses the arrows around the preview of the image to navigate around the picture. Afterwards, they tap on the bookmark icon located at the bottom left of the popup menu, opening a new menu showcasing the available spaces for bookmarks. The speaker taps on an empty one to save the bookmark.

To save another one, let's open another page and insert a new image. We can navigate to a new part of the screen, hit the bookmark icon and select an empty bookmark. Now, if we tap on the bookmark icon again, you will see I have two bookmarks. The first one will take me to page one, and the second one will take me to page two.

The speaker clicks the plus sign icon located at the center of the bottom bar and repeats the process of opening a new image by tapping on the fourth option above the end of the options from the sidebar left comportment. With the new pop up open they select one of the folders from the scroll list and click the image they want to open which is then displayed on screen. After it is open, she repeats the process of adding a new bookmark by tapping the last option towards the right on the left-hand side of the bottom bar, then selecting the bookmark icon and click an available space. The speaker clicks between the bookmarks in the saved menu, which then toggles the screen to the desired bookmark area of the image.

You can now select an image in Windows Explorer right click, and click set as default background image of Pen Software. This image will automatically become the default background in whiteboard mode.

The speaker taps and holds to open a new pop-up menu where she clicks the option set as default background image of Pen Software. The screen refreshes and then showcases the new background.

Tap the settings icon. Then window. Then look for move whiteboard to back. Make sure this setting is turned on. Now, if you open another window, such as an image, Pen Software will remain in the background, allowing you to write in whiteboard mode without having to toggle between windows.

The speakers tap on third to last option towards the right on the left-hand side of the bottom bar which opens a new pop-up window where she taps on window from the top. The second to last option then is tapped to be On and then the Ok button is clicked to save this setting. The speaker then opens an image and writes in the background with her finger.

To upgrade to the paid version, go to settings, tap about, then tap upgrade license registration. You may choose to use the trial to test upgrade functions or enter the product key in the box below and tap okay. Review and accept the license agreement. Click yes to allow the software to make changes to your computer and make sure to restart Pen Software. Now go back to settings. About, to make sure the upgrade is complete.

The speakers click on third to last option towards the right on the left-hand side of the bottom bar which opens a new pop-up window where she clicks About from the top. The first button in the new window is clicked, where a new popup appears, the speaker copies and pastes the product key in a text-field entry at the bottom of the options. Afterwards they click Ok which opens a Software License Agreement window, the speaker clicks Agree which is located at the right-hand side of the screen at the bottom. Following that, a warming window pops up where the speaker clicks Yes to confirm the change. A warning window appears stating the Aquos Board needs to restart, the speaker clicks Yes. The screen restarts, with a loading animation being played in the center. To make sure the changes are updated the speaker repeats the steps to access the product key where in the About tab the first button should be dimmed, and the text Upgrade License Registered should be displayed on top.
